My TOP 5 Habits to Learn in 2025

Hi!

I was thinking about the habits I want to learn this year, which I think will improve my life. Here’s a list of the top 5 habits I want to learn/improve:

5 Habits to Improve my Life

  • Reduce screen time

If you think about how you spend a single day, then you can easily get an idea of how you’re going to spend your whole life. Imagine what you could do with a few hours more a day. Personally I am (hard)blocking my social medias, and I am trying to reduce the time I spend on my phone for distractions. It’s working, I am more focused and I have more time to do other things.

  • Workout

Keep up with the workouts. They help A LOT. Working out improves memory, focus and energy levels, not bad huh? Training with other people can be a good motivation. This is going to be my second year since I started judo again! I am very motivated to improve my skills and to keep up with the workouts. This year I want to try and compete in at least one tournament.

  • Track your Habits

Visualise how are you doing in order to achieve your goals. Use whatever you like, a notebook, an app, a website, a calendar, a whiteboard, etc.

  • Wake up earlier

06:00 looks good. It’s easier to focus more in the mornings, try to wake up after a good night of sleep.

  • Share your progress

Keep up the motivation, show your progress and keep up the good work. Share your progress with friends, family, or even strangers. It will help you to keep up with your goals. This is why I am writing this post, to share my progress with you. I hope you can find some inspiration in this post.
